All SOKS competitions are free and open to the public. Fans,
cheerleaders and supporters of all types are encouraged to come and
cheer on the athletes. If you are interested in volunteering,

Levels of Competition
Special Olympics
training and competitions begin on the Local Level (school, agency,
recreation department, etc.), progress to the Area Level and/or
Regional Level and then to the State Level. Athletes must attend the
area or regional competition, when offered, prior to competing at the
State Level.
