In the Heroes Pull, teams of individuals,(friends, family, corporations etc.),  pull two different Hero’s vehicles, a Lenco Bear and a fire truck. Each vehicle weighs approximately 38,000 lbs. The vehicles are pulled individually for time. A great family event incorporated into the Shawnee St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

Why are Cops Waiting on Tables? Cops and Special Olympics athletes make a great team!  Officers wait on tables in hopes of earning “tips” to support the SOKS athletes. At the same time officers create awareness of the unique relationship between Law Enforcementanon-the-border-2011-4d SOKS.  All “tips” received are donated to SOKS.

Tip a Cops take place throughout the year and throughout the state.

Check back often to see where they are scheduled.

Due to nature of our events, registrations fees for no-shows or late cancellations are non-eligible for refund.  If you have earned an incentive for the event please contact us and we will make every effort to get it to you.  Thank you for your understanding and support of Special Olympics.
