7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Day of Event Schedule

9:00 a.m.     Registration Opens at the Swim Beach

10:00 a.m.     5K Run/Walk Starts at the Marina

        Noon      Plunge!

1:00 p.m.     After Party Celebration

Please enter the park at the Theatre in the Park entrance and take the convenient shuttle to the Marina for the Strut, or to the Swim Beach if you need to register or are participating in the Plunge.

Registration Information

Online registration will close 24 hours prior to the event. You can still register by downloading the waiver and bringing it to the SOKS office on Friday, or to the event as detailed below.

Too chicken to Plunge? If cold water and ice is not your thing but you would like to receive our cool incentives for a minimum of $75 you can register online and declare yourself

"Too Chicken!"

5K Polar Strut

The 5K Polar Strut will be officially timed. Strutters who register by midnight on Jan 6th pay $25, after this deadline strutters pay $30 to recieve the official long sleeved Strut T-shirt. If you drive into the park we ask that all 5K Strut participants park in the Marina parking lot. Thanks for your cooperation and support. Post-Plunge Party and Award Ceremony

Be sure to plan to join the party at Johnny's at 1:00 p.m. (K-10 and Ridgeview) where a $10 donation to SOKS will buy you a chili lunch! Contest winners will be announced.
